Saint Mary’s University’s (SMU) startup CITRUSH underwent a quarterly monitoring on May 22, 2024 conducted by the DOST ISU Smart City Technology Business Incubator (DISC-TBI) Team. The monitoring aimed to collectively oversee the progress of DISC-TBI incubatees like CITRUSH. The founders and members of the aforementioned startup as well as their adviser were present during the session.
CITRUSH presented their progress report on the status of their prototype development and utilization of downloaded funds. They also presented their technology, and the Technology Readiness Levels (TRL) were assessed by DISC-TBI. The results of this assessment will serve as a reference for DISC-TBI’s possible interventions for CITRUSH.
Next steps include the submission of their pilot testing plan and other pertinent documents needed for technology commercialization.
