To assist the incubatees in expanding their networks and connecting with fellow local startups, Tactile and KinetiCar, Cohort II startups of DISC-TBI, participated in the Product/Technology booth exhibition during the Incubation Management Training hosted by the Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office No. 02-Cagayan Valley Research Center (DA RFO 02-CVRC) from February 13 to 15, 2024, at DA-CVRC in San Felipe, City of Ilagan, Isabela.

The DA RFO 02-CVRC, in collaboration with SINAG Cagayan Valley Consortium and ADePt-TBI, organized the exhibition to promote the products and technologies from the incubatees of Technology Business Incubators (TBIs) within its member institutes.

TacTeam’s TacTile is a sustainable floor tile that converts kinetic energy into electricity through its unique design and materials. Meanwhile, KinetiCar aims to advance electric vehicle usage and performance by installing piezoelectric sensors in motorcycle shock absorbers. Their participation in the event provided them with training on how to promote their technologies, starting at the local stage.

Mr. Jr Palattano, Mr. Edwardo Magallanes, Dr. Janette Fermin, and Ms. Learni Javier represented the startup teams, accompanied by DISC-TBI Project Staff: Mr. Matt Matias, Project Development Officer; Ms. Jo Ann Gayo, Project Assistant; and Mr. Heherson Valdez, Information Officer.
