ISU Officials join Smart City TBI Operational Planning 2024

The Smart City TBI extends its gratitude to the Isabela State University (ISU) officials, led by Dr. Orlando F. Balderama, Vice President for Research and Development, Extension, and Training, Dr. Jeoffrey Lloyd R. Bareng, University Director for Research and Development, and Ms. Flordeliza R. Bassiag, University Director for Knowledge and Technology Management, for their active engagement in today’s TBI Operational Planning at DISC-TBI Coworking Space, July 2.


The agenda included consultations on the TBI program for Spin-offs, known as Startup THRIVE (Transforming Higher Research and Innovation to Vibrant Enterprise), and the Smart City TBI Operation Manual. The planning meeting was also attended by ISU Cauayan Campus officials, headed by Dr. Precila Delima, Campus Executive Officer, and Dr. Lorelei Tabago, Campus Research Director.
