The recent training session, Pivoting your Startup, spearheaded by the DOST ISU Smart City Technology Business Incubator on August 4, 2023, aimed to equip DISC-TBI’s startups and incubatees with the tools and knowledge to embrace adaptability for success.

Led by Mr. Kiko Torno, a visionary entrepreneur renowned for his sustainable aquaculture practices at 7 Hectares Farm, the session delved into crucial aspects of effective pivoting. Attendees gained insights into understanding market dynamics, identifying pivotal opportunities, and strategically responding to challenges.

The training covered various pivotal scenarios, emphasizing the significance of evaluating consumer mindsets and analyzing feedback. Attendees were encouraged to define their limits and tailor their strategies accordingly while closely monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Odessee, iTycoon, DBL, PrAIM>R, DLT Smart Fish Feeder, and HealthGuard were among DISC-TBI’s incubatees who attended the said training.
